Hadfield Services Delivery and Returns

Delivery

We aim to dispatch your items them same or next working day, depending on product lead times. We currently deliver anywhere globally; however, if you wish for your item(s) to be delivered outside of the UK, please contact us prior to placing your order or visit the DHL/Fedex website for delivery information to your destination. Our delivery rates are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery – 2-3 working days (See DHL/Fedex website for delivery cost)
  • Express Delivery – next working day (See DHL/Fedex website for delivery cost)

If an item(s) is/are out of stock, you will be notified immediately and will be given the option to have your order delivered when stock is replenished or cancel your order.

All delivery charges are subject to credit card authorization. Full payment must be received prior to shipping. All delivery times are only best estimates and we will not, under any circumstances, be liable for any delay in meeting such delivery times. A signature may be required on receipt of delivery.

We must wait 28 working days (from the due date of delivery) before issuing replacements as that is the period deemed reasonable to enable the repatriation of lost items.

 

Returns Policy

Statutory rights notwithstanding, we will offer a refund or exchange (if stock is available) on any unused goods (faulty or otherwise) within seven days of receipt. This warrant will be honoured only if items are returned in their original packaging.

Reimbursement of postage paid is available ONLY when returning faulty items. (Please note, this does not affect your statutory rights). If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery.

Unfortunately we are not able to refund or replace: customized products howsoever unless deemed faulty. Specifically correct specifications are the express responsibility of customers, please ensure specifications are correct before ordering!

We will refund the original payment method only. (Please note that refunds may not show up on your bank statement immediately).

Under Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel your order at any time within seven working days after the day on which you receive the goods (unless your purchase is tailor made or customised goods). Order cancellations must be made in writing (email is acceptable), and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). All goods must be returned in a sale-able condition and in original packaging.
