  • Energy Efficiency in Tools:
    Our precision heat tools are designed to use only the exact amount of power required for the job, adhering to manufacturer specifications. This minimises wasteful energy use while maintaining the highest quality standards.

CAP Rig Innovation

The CAP (Common Architecture Programmer) Rig is a fully automated reprogramming and development tool designed to streamline processes that traditionally required specialised expertise. Previously, programming a single unit by hand took 30 minutes and demanded a highly skilled software engineer. With the CAP Rig, an operator can now program four PCBAs in just 6.5 minutes, significantly increasing efficiency.

Key features include:

  • Full Traceability: Provides detailed programming logs for every unit, ensuring accountability and transparency.
  • Self-Diagnosis: Automatically identifies and reports any operational issues, minimising downtime.
  • Ease of Use: Reduces dependency on highly skilled engineers, allowing operators to manage programming efficiently.

This innovative solution has gained global recognition, with customers adopting the CAP Rig for their operations and purchasing three units to enhance their productivity. The CAP Rig exemplifies how technical excellence can lead to substantial operational and environmental benefits.
